In the days leading up to Thanksgiving(on a Saturday nonetheless), my AC was blowing hot instead of cold. I found First Response on Yelp and I am forever grateful. Response time was exceptional. Matt showed up timely and was the consummate professional and was very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He quickly figured out the issue, told me my options, and set up next steps. Matt returned on Monday and completed the job. Again he was timely and professional. He is also very personable which was the icing on the cake.
